• Lead the architecture and deployment of cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
• Oversee the development and management of AI-powered applications utilizing machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional teams including software developers, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists, and IT managers to deliver innovative projects on time and within budget.
• Establish robust information security programs aligned with ISO 27001, NIST standards, PCI compliance, and FISMA regulations to safeguard sensitive healthcare data.
• Drive strategic planning for digital transformation initiatives by integrating APIs, ERP systems, and distributed systems into existing healthcare workflows.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices including firewall management, risk management protocols, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate technical strategies clearly and effectively at all organizational levels while supporting executive decision-making through business intelligence insights.

• Proven experience in technical project management with a focus on AI implementation within healthcare or related industries.
• Extensive knowledge of computer networking concepts including WANs, LANs, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud development environments.
• Strong background in system design for system development (SDLC), software development languages such as Java, C#, Python, PHP, SQL databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server), MongoDB, Linux environments, and front-end frameworks like ReactJS (React) and Angular.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing technology teams at an executive level with strategic management skills across large-scale projects.
• Expertise in information security management including cybersecurity protocols, security compliance programs (ISO 27001), HIPAA regulations for healthcare data privacy, PCI standards for payment processing security.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using tools like Node.js,.NET frameworks, Azure DevOps; experience with natural language processing (NLP) applications is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies; excellent verbal communication skills tailored for executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferred.
