• Establish and document data standards, procedures, and governance practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, master data management, or ERP administration within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SQL and reporting tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and process improvement methodologies.
