Job description

  • Develop and implement electrical designs, automation programming, and digitization solutions for robotic and manufacturing systems.
  • Lead process improvements targeting material optimization, cost reduction, and enhanced safety.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Industrial Control Systems (ICS), PLCs, and HMIs.
  • Provide technical leadership for manufacturing line and machine controls.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain industrial automation systems and network platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industry regulations (OSHA, NFPA).
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to improve system performance and uptime.
  • Document systems, procedures, and technical solutions clearly and effectively.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering?, * Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment (controls & automation)
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming (ControlLogix)
  • Experience with HMI development (FactoryTalk View Studio, Wonderware)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
  • Knowledge of industrial control systems and instrumentation (process control systems)
  • Experience with industrial networks (DeviceNet, ControlNet, Ethernet/IP, DH+, etc.)
  • Familiarity with IT networking and database systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with electrical systems:
  • 480/277VAC 3-phase
  • 208/120VAC 3-phase
  • 24VDC, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V control circuits
  • Knowledge of OSHA 1910, NFPA 70, 70E, 79 safety standards

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Programming experience in Python, Java, HTML/XML
  • Experience with SQL and database systems
  • Exposure to vision systems, robotics, and advanced automation technologies
