We’re currently on the hunt for a passionate Head of Ecommerce to join a rapidly expanding fashion business that are making big waves in the industry!

Your role will focus on big-picture strategy all whilst getting stuck into the day-to-day functions of running an online business

As a Head of Ecommerce your responsibilities will include:

· Lead the ecommerce strategy to drive revenue, profitability and customer experience

· Manage the day-to-day trading of the website, identifying opportunities to improve

· Produce regular trading reports with insights and recommendations for growth

· Own the CRM strategy to increase customer engagement, retention and lifetime value

· Partner with Marketing, Buying, Creative and Operations to deliver campaigns

· Use data and customer insight to improve conversion, satisfaction and retention

· Proven experience in an ecommerce leadership role

· Experience within fashion, retail or a high-growth consumer brand is preferred

· Strong commercial understanding of ecommerce trading, merchandising and CRM

· Experience managing Shopify Plus (or a similar) and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo

· A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
