Network Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our team supporting a US-based insurance client. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex enterprise network infrastructures. This role demands deep expertise in Cisco networking, dynamic routing, network security, and advanced troubleshooting across a variety of platforms including Palo Alto, Aruba, VeloCloud, and F5.., * Design and implement complex network architectures to meet business needs.

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot networking devices: Cisco (Nexus & Catalyst), Palo Alto, Aruba, VeloCloud, and F5.
• Implement and manage dynamic routing protocols (BGP, HSRP, RSTP).
• Configure QoS policies to ensure optimal performance for critical applications.
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues using tools like SolarWinds and DataDog.
• Collaborate with security teams to enforce network security and compliance.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and changes.
• Monitor traffic and logs to detect and respond to security threats.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi issues and participate in P1/P2 incident resolution.

Desired Competencies: Must-Have:

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, VeloCloud, and F5.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to prioritize and manage workload under pressure. Good-to-Have:

• Experience with SolarWinds.
• Knowledge of Python or network automation tools.
