Research Operations Data Entry, Front Office Outbound Calls Detail Oriented Customer Service Physical Therapy Business Valuation Full Stack Development Call Center Experience Artificial Intelligence Medical Ultrasonography Business Transformation Magnetic Resonance Imaging, * Research and identify available healthcare options for members using the care navigation platform

• Coordinate services such as imaging (MRI, CT, ultrasound), physical therapy, surgeries, and other medical services

• Communicate with healthcare providers via outbound calls, email, and fax to confirm availability, services, and requirements

• Review medical documentation and fax clinical notes or paperwork when required

• Work with out-of-network providers to pursue single case agreements when in-network options are unavailable

• Provide accurate benefit information to members by researching plan details within internal systems

• Communicate professionally with members via phone and email on a daily basis

• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through
