Python Fullstack Sr. Software Engineer

Build and maintain full-stack features across frontend and backend.

• Drive software readiness improvements: maintainability, testability, reliability, documentation, and scalability.
• Improve test coverage, CI checks, logging, metrics, and data validation.
• Pay down technical debt and raise engineering standards across the codebase.
• Contribute to fleet management and deployment tooling as needed (rollouts, versioning, health/status reporting).
• Collaborate closely with the team to unblock fleet-management work.

Strong full-stack development experience (React/typescript + Python preferred).

• Solid software engineering fundamentals: testing, code quality, version control, code review.
• Comfortable working across the stack and picking up new tools quickly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with software readiness / engineering-excellence frameworks (MRL/SRL).
• Familiarity with containers (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and container registries.
• Experience deploying and managing software on edge/IoT/fleet devices (Jetson, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, similar).
• Experience with observability (logging, metrics, alerting) in production.
• Exposure to fleet management, software versioning, and edge deployment workflows.
