Remote Network Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Remote Network Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, securing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure while supporting reliable connectivity for employees and business operations. This position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with the flexibility to work fully remote or in a hybrid arrangement, depending on business needs and candidate availability., * Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, systems, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related technologies.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Configure and maintain network hardware, software, and communication systems.
• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues before they affect operations.
• Manage user access, network permissions, and security controls.
• Support remote employees with connectivity and network-related technical issues.
• Perform routine network maintenance, upgrades, backups, and configuration changes.
• Assist with network security monitoring and incident response.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other departments on infrastructure projects.
• Follow established cybersecurity, data protection, and IT operational policies.
• Participate in technical projects and other network administration duties as assigned.

• Proven experience in network administration, network engineering, or a related IT role.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, switching, and network security.
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues.
• Familiarity with firewalls, wireless networks, monitoring tools, and remote-access technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while communicating effectively with team members.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar credentials are a plus., Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Salary: $115,000-$125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Annual Bonus: Typically 10-20% of base salary, based on applicable company and individual performance criteria. Benefits may include:
