Partner Solutions Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you drive strategic cloud, data, and AI partnerships by shaping integrated real-time data solutions. You will work with hyperscalers, database vendors, and internal teams to design reference architectures and enable partner ecosystems. You accelerate solution development and adoption through enablement, POCs, and joint GTM activities, while exploring AI-enabled opportunities. You join a fast-moving, collaborative team delivering modern data architectures at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Act as the primary technical advisor for strategic cloud, database, and technology partners and build trusted relationships with partner teams * Provide architecture workshops, demonstrations, POCs, training, and onboarding for partners * Lead onboarding of customers from initial contact to production within partner programs * Design, validate, and document reference architectures showcasing Striim’s real-time streaming, CDC, data integration, and AI capabilities across partner platforms * Collaborate with partner sales, engineering, and product to support joint opportunities and create repeatable solution playbooks * Design and prototype integrations between Striim and partner technologies to expand the ecosystem * Communicate partner feedback to Product and Engineering to influence direction and prioritise integrations * Support field Solution Architects and Sales during customer engagements involving partner tech * Develop technical content such as architecture guides, best practices, solution briefs, demos, and implementation docs * Represent Striim at partner events, conferences, webinars, and customer meetings as a subject-matter expert * Research emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities across cloud, AI, analytics, and streaming * Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate development, improve documentation, and enhance partner enablement * Explore AI-driven use cases combining real-time data with modern AI architectures Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience * 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Partner Engineer, Sales Engineer) * Experience with GCP, Azure, and AWS * Strong understanding of real-time data streaming, CDC, data integration, ETL/ELT, and event-driven architectures * Experience with Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB or similar * Knowledge of APIs, cloud networking, security, Linux/Unix, Docker, Kubernetes * Experience designing solution architectures, running POCs, and supporting pre-sales/partner engagements * Programming or scripting in Python, Java, SQL, Shell * Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills with ability to influence technical and business stakeholders * Ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences * Curiosity and quick-learning in cloud, AI, and enterprise data platforms * Experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and customer outcomes * Willingness to travel up to 25% Key requirements * Competitive salary and pre-IPO stock options * Comprehensive health care plans (medical, dental, vision) * Retirement plan (401K) * Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, holidays) * Culture of engagement and teamwork * Flexible work arrangements
