Principal Hardware Engineer

Experteer Overview As Principal Hardware Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end hardware development of advanced mixed-signal systems, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, manufacturable hardware aligned with long-term program goals. You will set design and performance standards and tackle high-impact technical challenges across electronic, mechanical, optical, and DSP domains. This role places you at the technical helm, shaping critical hardware initiatives for aerospace and defense telemetry products. You will collaborate with program stakeholders to ensure rigorous validation and scalable solutions.
