Experteer Overview In this role you will help shape technology-enabled business models for clients from EY’s Hoboken practice. You’ll lead talks with executives, develop strategic visions for technology transformation, and coach leaders to align stakeholders with the direction. You’ll work on large-scale IT transformations, build roadmaps, and support methodologies and thought leadership within EY’s technology consulting practice. The opportunity centers on delivering tangible impact through cross-functional collaboration, technology strategy, and practical implementation. Compensation / Benefits * Lead client interviews and research to inform technology strategy and transformation programs * Develop executive-level presentations and business cases for c-level audiences * Contribute to internal practice initiatives, methodologies, and capability-building * Support large-scale IT transformations, assessments, optimization, and process improvement engagements * Collaborate with EY teams to create technology transformation roadmaps and investment decisions * Manage and motivate diverse project teams; monitor progress and client relationships * Identify business development opportunities and nurture long-term client networks * Oversee day-to-day project delivery, task assignment, schedules, and risk management Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field and 5 years of related experience; or Master’s degree and 4 years of related experience * 2 years of business technology or management consulting experience * 2 years of experience in at least two technology areas (e.g., IT service management, cloud solutions, data management, solution architecture) * 2 years of experience in business areas such as corporate strategy, M&A, finance, supply chain, HR, or internal controls * 2 years of experience with data/financial analysis, reporting, and cost estimation * 2 years of experience with written/verbal presentations to EVP/C-level leaders * 2 years of experience leading and mentoring teams (min. 2 people) * 2 years of experience managing day-to-day project team activities and risk using PM tools * Ability to travel up to 60% (50% international) Key requirements * comprehensive compensation package * medical and dental coverage * pension and 401(k) plans * paid time off options * flexible vacation policy * hybrid work model
