Successful outcomes start and finish with eNGINE., eNGINE is seeking an Information Technology Asset Manager to support one of our downtown Pittsburgh based customers. This individual will be responsible for establishing and maturing enterprise-wide asset management capabilities, ensuring that technology assets are governed, optimized, and aligned with organizational objectives.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution and requires strong collaboration across technology, risk, and business teams., * Lead the strategy and execution of asset management processes across the organization, covering both hardware and software environments

  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure visibility and accountability of assets throughout their lifecycle
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align asset management practices with security, compliance, and operational priorities
  • Implement and refine standards that enhance asset utilization, cost control, and service quality
  • Interpret regulatory frameworks and incorporate relevant controls into asset management practices
  • Guide and support a team responsible for maintaining asset inventories and operational processes
  • Create reporting structures that provide leadership with insight into asset health, risk exposure, and lifecycle status
  • Identify risks related to outdated or unsupported technologies and develop mitigation strategies
  • Evaluate current processes and introduce improvements that streamline workflows and enhance user experience
  • Promote awareness of asset management practices and their impact across the organization
  • Contribute to broader IT service quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory expectations in all asset-related activities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing IT asset management functions in a complex environment
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, including acquisition, utilization, and retirement practices
  • Familiarity with regulatory and governance standards such as FFIEC, NIST, or COBIT
  • Experience developing policies, controls, and reporting mechanisms related to asset management
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide team members
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging both technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within financial services or other regulated industries
  • Exposure to IT service management frameworks and service quality initiatives
  • Familiarity with tools used for asset discovery, tracking, and reporting
  • Background in risk management or audit-related functions

Benefits & conditions

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
