Data Center Operations Technician

• Manage and oversee data center engineering operations on-site, ensuring safety and efficiency standards are maintained. \t
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality work and adherence to procedures. \t
• Establish performance benchmarks, analyze operational data, and prepare detailed reports on facility performance. \t
• Operate and maintain critical systems such as switchgear, generators, UPS, chillers, and cooling towers, including emergency response when necessary. \t
• Assist in designing, building, and optimizing new and existing facilities to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

Our clientis seeking a Data Center Operations Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Operations Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Operations supporting critical infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization., * Bachelor?s Degree or Technical (Military/Trade School) Degree with relevant experience. \t

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in data center or engineering environments. \t
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. \t
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. \t
• Fundamental knowledge of network design, low voltage cabling, and critical infrastructure systems.
