  • Work with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
  • Coordinate engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and project changes.
  • Translate business requirements into clear delivery plans and actionable outcomes.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Track delivery performance and provide clear progress reporting.
  • Identify blockers early and coordinate effective resolutions.
  • Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet agreed requirements.
  • Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, and post-launch activities.
  • Improve delivery processes, governance, and ways of working.
  • Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Support multiple technology initiatives while maintaining clear priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience managing technology, digital, software, infrastructure, or transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder, risk, dependency, and delivery management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Good understanding of software development and technology delivery lifecycles.
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Confidence working with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
