Job description
We’re looking for a Technology Delivery Manager to bring together people, priorities, and technology projects across the business. You’ll work with engineering, product, operations, and senior stakeholders to turn strategic objectives into well-managed delivery.
This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and making things happen.
Your Impact
- Lead technology projects from discovery through implementation.
- Work with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and project changes.
- Translate business requirements into clear delivery plans and actionable outcomes.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Track delivery performance and provide clear progress reporting.
- Identify blockers early and coordinate effective resolutions.
- Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
- Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet agreed requirements.
- Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, and post-launch activities.
- Improve delivery processes, governance, and ways of working.
- Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Support multiple technology initiatives while maintaining clear priorities.
Requirements
- Experience managing technology, digital, software, infrastructure, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder, risk, dependency, and delivery management skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of software development and technology delivery lifecycles.
- Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confidence working with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Relevant project or delivery certification such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum, or PMP is desirable.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
