Job description
The Software Developer is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting business and manufacturing applications that support Dynacraft operations. This role works closely with business users, senior developers, leadership, and technical teams to understand business requirements, develop effective solutions, and maintain reliable enterprise applications.
The position requires a strong foundation in software development, database technologies, application integrations, and Agile software development methodologies. The individual will assist in analyzing business needs, developing and supporting applications, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the organization., * Develop and support client-server and web-based applications utilizing MVC, C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP web services and API integrations.
- Analyze applications, system, and data-related issues to identify root causes and implement timely corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system performance, reliability, security, and user experience.
- Perform unit testing and support functional testing efforts to ensure software quality and stability.
- Create and update application documentation.
Business Analysis & Project Support
- Collaborate with management, business users, and senior developers cross-functionally to understand business requirements.
- Participate in solution architecture reviews that meet business requirements.
- Participate in project estimation activities, including affinity sizing and effort assessments.
- Follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and Agile methodologies., * Develop software designs and technical architecture solutions that align with business needs and IT standards.

Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze applications, system, and data-related issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project and operational objectives.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of related development experience.
- Experience with software development technologies, frameworks, and languages: C#, .NET Core, MVC Framework, SQL Entity Framework,Visual Studio, Git, MSQL, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Angular and/or React
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to audiences at all levels of the organization in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
- Ability to translate business processes into technical concepts and solutions.
- Experience creating and executing application functional and unit tests.
- Ability to perform complex problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with agile development methodologies.
- Familiar with SDLC processes.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- CI\CD configuration and development utilizing Azure pipelines GitHub actions.
- SQL normalization and optimization.
- Experience leveraging agentic AI tools for code generation, technical documentation creation, code analysis, and development productivity improvements.
Education
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline.
