Job description
We are transforming our digital working environment and moving our Atlassian landscape to the cloud. This is much more than a technical migration: it changes how our employees collaborate, access information, use Jira and Confluence, and interact with our digital processes. For this 12-month transformation project, we are looking for a Cloud Transformation & Adoption Specialist (m/f/d) who will become the key link between our employees and our Business Process Innovation (BPI) team. Your mission: make the transformation understandable, accessible, and successful for our users.
You will be one of the central contacts for our employees throughout the Atlassian Cloud transformation and help them successfully transition from today’s environment to the new cloud-based way of working. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Acting as the interface between employees and our BPI transformation team
- Supporting employees with questions related to the Atlassian Cloud migration
- Explaining what changes when moving from the current Server/Data Center environment to the Atlassian Cloud
- Translating technical changes into clear and practical information for users
- Identifying frequently asked questions and creating FAQs, guides, and user documentation
- Planning and conducting training sessions, workshops, and Q&A sessions
- Supporting users before, during, and after migration
- Collecting feedback and identifying challenges or improvement opportunities
- Coordinating complex questions with our BPI and technical specialists
- Supporting communication and change-management activities
- Helping employees adopt new features, processes, and ways of working You will be close to our users while at the same time working closely with the transformation project team., You will be part of a major transformation project and directly influence how successfully our employees adopt a new digital working environment. You will work at the intersection of people, processes, technology, and change and have the opportunity to actively shape the employee experience throughout our cloud transformation.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people as much as with technology. Ideally, you bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of customer and service orientation
- The ability to explain complex or technical topics in a simple and understandable way
- A structured and proactive working style
- Confidence in dealing with a high number of questions and different stakeholder groups
- Experience in digital transformation, change management, user support, training, project coordination, or a comparable field
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is highly desirable
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud or cloud transformation projects is an advantage
- A strong interest in digital tools and modern ways of working
- A hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
- Very good English skills; German skills are highly desirable
