Job description

As a GenAI Automation Test Lead/Architect, you will make an impact by driving the adoption of Generative AI across the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), enabling AI-powered test automation, test data generation, and intelligent quality engineering solutions. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative testing solutions.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Develop and implement GenAI-powered solutions for automated test design, code generation, execution, and defect analysis.

  • Design and build AI-assisted UI and API automation frameworks using modern quality engineering practices.

  • Lead the architecture and implementation of Generative AI solutions, including prompt engineering, model optimization, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.

  • Define Quality Engineering and GenAI adoption roadmaps aligned to business objectives, governance standards, and responsible AI practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers on GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, model deployment, and AI safety best practices.

Requirements

  • 14+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, and enterprise-scale test automation programs.

  • Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, and AI-assisted testing solutions.

  • Strong programming skills in Python and Java with deep experience in Selenium, Playwright, API Automation, and scalable automation frameworks.

  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and related AI ecosystems.

  • Proven ability to define QE strategy, automation roadmaps, governance frameworks, and drive measurable quality and productivity improvements while leading global teams.

These Will Help You Stand Out

  • Experience designing GenAI solutions for test data generation, synthetic data creation, and intelligent test case generation.

  • Experience building AI-powered quality engineering platforms and productivity accelerators.

  • Knowledge of transformer architectures, large language models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and model fine-tuning approaches.

  • Experience evaluating AI platforms, vendors, and build-versus-buy strategies for enterprise adoption.

  • General Insurance or Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience.
