Job description

The Senior Web Administrator plays a vital role in keeping our web systems secure, efficient, and user-friendly while turning complex data into clear insights. You manage our web content, oversee data quality, and lead performance reporting for executive teams and federal stakeholders. Your work ensures that our digital platforms meet the highest standards of accessibility, usability, and performance., * Manages and secures web environments using Windows Server and advanced Web Security protocols to ensure maximum uptime and data protection.

  • Oversees Drupal content administration, web-content governance, metadata, taxonomy, and site inventories to streamline the content lifecycle and improve search optimization.
  • Leads data analysis and visualization projects, utilizing Power BI and Tableau to build federal dashboards, recurring performance reports, and executive briefings.
  • Tracks and improves performance-metric tracking across all digital channels to drive informed decision-making.
  • Enforces strict data-quality dimensions, including completeness, accuracy, consistency, validity, uniqueness, timeliness, and traceability.
  • Ensures compliance with Section 508 requirements for dashboards, charts, visualizations, and all electronic content.

  • Masters Power BI and Tableau for advanced data analysis and visualization.
  • Understands web-content governance, metadata, taxonomy, and search optimization techniques.
  • Applies data quality standards focusing on completeness, accuracy, consistency, validity, uniqueness, timeliness, and traceability.
  • Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements for digital content, dashboards, and charts.
  • Communicates technical information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Working knowledge with Power BI, Tableau, or Drupal content administration.
  • Brings prior experience working within federal government agencies or contractors.
  • Spearheads large-scale content lifecycle migrations and taxonomy restructures.

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates 5 years of experience in web administration, content management, and server maintenance.
  • At least 3 years supporting reporting, dashboards, or performance metrics.
  • Possesses relevant industry certifications in web administration, data visualization, or server management.
  • Shows extensive experience supporting federal dashboards, recurring performance reports, and executive briefings.
  • Applies deep knowledge of Drupal, Windows Server infrastructure, and web security best practices.
