  • Act as the primary technical point of contact, collaborating with program stakeholders, senior leadership, systems engineers, and development teams to align on mission-critical goals and objectives.

  • Develop technical strategies by interpreting customer objectives, CONOPS, and requirements into actionable plans to guide system development, integration, and deployment.

  • Oversee the design, definition, and implementation of advanced system architectures that support the Army Intelligence Enterprise Architecture / Converged Infrastructure and meet operational and security standards.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering teams across the entire systems engineering lifecycle, including concept development, integration, testing, and final delivery.

  • Facilitate technical risk assessments, oversee defense-in-depth strategy development, and ensure compliance with applicable data security and protection standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and eighteen (18) years’ experience; additional four (4) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Clearance:

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with CI Poly; US Citizenship required.

Required Skills:

  • Proven success in a technical leadership role within Intelligence programs and/or the Intelligence Community (IC).

  • Strong background in one or more areas such as software development, hardware development, or mission support.

  • Expertise in systems engineering, including requirements analysis, architecture design, and lifecycle management.

  • Proficient in data architecture, data dissemination methodologies, and information security planning.

  • Familiarity with Army Intelligence-specific technologies and programs, such as the Army Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) platforms and the High Accuracy Detection and Exploitation System (HADES).

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical efforts across diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating with senior leadership and external customers in the defense and intelligence sectors.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in network engineering and operational technologies.

  • Advanced knowledge of all-source intelligence, signals intelligence (SIGINT), and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) applications.

  • Experience managing Army Intelligence programs and projects, particularly those requiring integration with advanced sensor and data systems.

  • Proven expertise in complex systems engineering projects, program management, or advanced requirements development.
