Job description

As a Threat Intelligence Analyst supporting T2COM’s G-2, you will serve as the critical

bridge between the intelligence mission and cutting-edge technology. Your primary role

is to maintain the Army’s Operational Environment Running Estimate (OEE) by

leveraging advanced data platforms (AIDP and Vantage). You will not only conduct

analysis but also act as a force multiplier by training Army OE teams and translating

operational needs into technical requirements for data engineers. This role is for a, * Analysis & Integration: Maintain the command’s OE running estimate using platform tools, and integrate analytical findings and AI-driven predictions directly into T2COM HQ decision-making cycles.

  • Requirements Translation: Act as the key liaison between the intelligence user community and the data engineering team; gather operational requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to OE teams across the Army, empowering them to effectively use T2COM G-2 OE and Threat products within AIDP, Vantage, and other portals to support their missions.
  • Workflow Application: Infuse OE analytical requirements into existing and new platform workflows, ensuring the tools are directly supporting the commander’s intelligence needs.
  • Capability Development: Identify gaps in analytical capabilities and collaborate with data engineers to prototype and develop new solutions, dashboards, and automated alerts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Army or a related DoD component.
  • Deep understanding of the Army’s Operational Environment (OE) framework, the intelligence cycle, and intelligence reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new software and technologies to solve complex analytical problems.
  • Certified Unicorn Trainer
  • Excellent communication skills with proven experience in training, briefing, or technical instruction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical personnel., * Proven experience as a power user of Army Vantage (Palantir Foundry) and/or AIDP (Palantir Gotham) for conducting analysis.
  • Experience developing or refining analytical workflows, ETL processes, or data pipelines.
  • Experience serving in a G-2/S-2 section at the Battalion level or higher.
  • Participation in major Army exercises (e.g., Project Convergence) involving a significant data/intelligence platform component., * Do you currently have a Top Secret/SCI clearance?
  • Do you have at least 5+ years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Army or a related DoD component.
