Job description
Information Systems Manager will play a key role in managing company-wide systems, leading infrastructure projects, and ensuring reliable, scalable solutions for both current properties and new acquisitions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, vendor management experience, and a strategic mindset for improving workflows and operations. Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain comprehensive IT infrastructure including servers, networks, workstations, and cloud environments
- Assess existing systems and recommend strategic improvements to optimize reliability, performance, and security
- Monitor system performance and uptime while proactively addressing potential issues
- Lead IT initiatives for new property acquisitions, encompassing network deployment, hardware provisioning, and software implementation
- Develop and optimize operational workflows to drive efficiency across all departments
- Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to align technology solutions with organizational objectives
- Provide advanced technical support and resolution for complex issues escalated from IT staff and end-users
- Oversee system integrations, software deployments, and technology upgrades across multiple locations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and asset inventories
- Enforce data security protocols and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
- Implement and maintain security best practices across all technology platforms
- Lead, mentor, and provide ongoing training and support to the operations, finance and support departments.
- Serve as primary contact for vendor relationships involving hardware, software, internet services, and technology contracts
- Coordinate IT budget management, procurement processes, and project timelines in partnership with senior leadership.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, IT infrastructure, or related field
- 5+ years of IT Management
- Strong project management abilities
- Experience with network and systems administration
- Familiarity with database management and software development
- Excellent understanding of IT policies and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in budget planning and financial management
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations
Special Requirement: * Occasional travel to different property locations may be required
- Experience supporting remote or distributed workforce preferred
Preferred Experience
- Property management industry experience
- Experience supporting multi-location operations
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting
