As a Senior Manager, Data Analysis within the Platform Operations Tower, you will be the technical architect and strategic leader responsible for helping transform massive, high-volume transactional data streams into core analytical assets.

On a given day you will be:
- Refining the analytical assets and core monitoring framework across the Network Platforms and Products (NPP) tower.
- Planning and executing data architecture and automated platform monitoring projects.

- Understanding complex technical issues and gaps in network data and proactively assessing data-driven risks, anomalies, and operational optimization opportunities.
- Communicating technical results and data trends clearly and concisely both verbally and through written communications via operational reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Partnering with the Central Global Analytics team to align local NPP data assets with enterprise data strategy, cloud infrastructure, and global governance mandates.
