Scrum & Agile Facilitation (DS/ML Operations)
- Facilitate Core Ceremonies: Lead sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives tailored to non-linear Data Science & ML workflows.
- Unblock Technical Teams: Proactively identify, track, and clear technical and operational roadblocks for data scientists and ML engineers.
Program & Delivery Execution
- Dependency & Milestone Tracking: Track internal technical deliverables and cross-functional dependencies across data pipelines, model builds, and engineering integrations.
Execution Transparency
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date execution status in Jira/Confluence to provide clear visibility into sprint velocity, risks, technical blockers, and completion timelines.
Requirements
5+ years of combined experience as a Program Manager and Scrum Master is required. Agile Expertise: Proven track record of applying Agile practices to data-driven software development environments is required. Tooling Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools configured for data workflows is needed. Execution Focus: Strong ability to keep technical teams focused on high-priority deliverables and maintain momentum across complex engineering dependencies. PMP or Agile certification strongly preferred
