Requirements
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.\n
- Core BI Expertise: Extensive experience (preferably 5+ years) in Business Intelligence, with mandatory technical expertise in SAP BW and BW/4HANA developments.\n
- Reporting & Analytics Tools: Mandatory experience with Business Objects reporting tools (Lumira, Analysis for Office, Web Intelligence) as well as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and BPC projects; BO administration skills are desirable.\n
- Programming & Technologies: Strong knowledge of ABAP and SQL; experience with SAP BDC, Datasphere, Databricks, UI5, Fiori, CDS, or ODATA is beneficial.\n
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work proactively with stakeholders across the project lifecycle under strict timelines in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.\n
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Excellent analytical capabilities, decision-making skills, and effective communication to engage business stakeholders.\n
- Languages & Access Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English and good German skills.\n

Your tasks and responsibilities \n \n
- Lead BI Solution Design & Strategy: Analyze business requirements, translate them into digital solutions, and contribute to defining the overarching BI strategy, roadmap, and standards.\n
- Deliver End-to-End Solutions: Design, develop, and implement high-quality BI solutions adhering to development guidelines while prioritizing user experience and business outcome.\n
- Drive Agile Project Delivery: Deliver projects on time, on quality, and on cost using agile methodologies to implement new functionalities based on business processes.\n
- Manage Landscape Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new tools and updates while continuously driving simplification and consolidation of the application landscape.\n
- Coordinate Global Development & Change: Direct internal nearshore and offshore team activities and lead change management efforts post-deployment.\n
- Provide Expert Advisory: Advise on the scoping, deployment, maintenance, and evolution of relevant BI information systems while coordinating communication across digital areas.\n
