Job description

Lead public-sector AI and data-platform feasibility, governance and pilot design across Europe and Eurasia. REPRESENTATIVE ASSIGNMENTS

  • Screen AI use cases against data readiness, service value, human oversight, privacy, security and adoption.
  • Assess data platforms, interoperability, analytics, compute and responsible-AI controls.
  • Develop pilot or TA TORs, independent budgets, schedules, outcome metrics and stop/scale gates., * Three relevant projects: client/sponsor, country, period, scale, your role, deliverable and outcome.
  • One nonproprietary example of a report, feasibility, roadmap, TOR/SOW, model or review product you personally led.
  • Current city/state, hourly-rate expectation, availability, travel readiness, languages, and employment/country/customer/conflict restrictions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant AI, data-platform, analytics or public-sector digital-transformation judgment.
  • Named implementations with personal responsibility, measurable results and governance/control products.
  • Evidence of feasibility, roadmap, pilot, TOR/SOW or investment recommendations.
  • International-development or Europe/Eurasia experience preferred.
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. Please answer only yes/no/category; do not upload identity documents.
  • Strong written English; ability to support approximately 20-day mobilization and up to three international trips of up to ten business days when assigned.
