Business Intelligence Analyst

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal stakeholders. Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets to identify trends and actionable insights. Write, execute, and analyze complex SQL queries against relational databases. Develop ad-hoc and standard SSRS reports to support business analysis and reporting needs. Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports and datasets. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate findings into practical solutions. Troubleshoot BI tools, reporting issues, workflows, and performance problems. Organize, classify, and synthesize data to identify key issues, outcomes, and improvement opportunities. Develop automation scripts and reporting solutions using Visual Basic (VB) where applicable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and optimization of reporting solutions. Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel. Experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence. Strong knowledge of relational databases and data analysis methodologies. Experience with Power BI, SSRS, MS Access, and Google Workspace is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
