Job description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Apple JAMF Administrator to manage, deploy, configure, and support Apple devices across an enterprise cloud-managed environment using JAMF Pro and related technologies. Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Apple devices using JAMF Pro in an enterprise cloud environment.
Manage the complete lifecycle of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS devices.
Configure device enrollment, deployment, security, compliance, patching, and retirement.
Develop and maintain JAMF configuration profiles, policies, applications, and device settings.
Integrate JAMF Pro with Apple Business Manager (ABM) for automated device enrollment and provisioning.
Integrate Apple device management with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD).
Support enterprise identity solutions including SSO and Conditional Access.
Develop automation scripts using Bash, Shell, or Python to improve device management and operational efficiency.
Implement endpoint security, patch management, and compliance standards across Apple devices.
Monitor device health, configuration, compliance, and security status.
Troubleshoot JAMF, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, enrollment, application, and connectivity issues.
Provide advanced technical support to end users and IT teams.
Maintain device management documentation, policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Collaborate with security, identity, infrastructure, and application teams on Apple endpoint initiatives.
Ensure Apple device management follows enterprise security and compliance requirements.
Support Microsoft 365 integration and enterprise collaboration requirements.
Manage device provisioning, configuration changes, upgrades, and retirement processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
Minimum 3+ years of Apple device administration experience in an enterprise environment is required.
Strong JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, and MDM experience is required.
