Job description

As a Business Analytics Analyst II, you’ll play a key role in turning data into meaningful insights that help drive business decisions. You’ll design and build reporting tools, dashboards, and data solutions that give our teams a clear view of performance and opportunities for improvement., * Create, maintain, and improve reporting, dashboards, and data structures that track business and operational performance

  • Analyze data and identify trends to deliver meaningful insights that support decision-making
  • Build and automate tools (including Power Platform solutions) that enhance performance management and reporting
  • Work with new data sources and systems to develop scalable reporting solutions
  • Ensure accuracy and quality by testing and validating all reports and tools

Requirements

Do you have experience in Trend analysis?, * Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to learn and apply new tools, systems, and processes, * 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analytics, reporting, or a related field
  • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) or similar technologies
  • Experience in Personal Lines/Auto Insurance Operations highly preferred, * Ability to perform core job functions with or without accommodation (including computer-based work such as typing and communicating)
  • Regular and reliable attendance to support collaboration with your team
