PolyAI Integrator / Conversational AI Integration Engineer

We are seeking a skilled PolyAI Integrator to design, implement, configure, and support PolyAI voice assistant solutions integrated with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, conversational designers, contact center teams, and engineering teams to deliver seamless customer experiences through AI-powered voice automation., Solution Design & Integration

• Design and implement PolyAI conversational AI solutions for customer service and contact center use cases.
• Integrate PolyAI with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, ticketing, and order management systems.
• Develop and maintain API integrations, middleware services, and data exchange mechanisms.
• Configure conversational workflows, intents, entities, and dialogue management within the PolyAI platform.

Technical Development

• Build and consume RESTful APIs and web services.
• Develop integration components using Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Implement authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, and SSO.
• Ensure secure and scalable integration architecture.
