JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire an HRIS Analyst for our client! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $100.00/Hr Mon-Fri 7 AM to 6 PM CST

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: comp/payroll configuration. Really looking for someone with a solution architect mindset consulting our business partners on best practices while having Workday config experience.

The HRIS Analyst performs tasks related to assuring the quality and consistency of Workday data. This role is responsible for troubleshooting errors, issue resolution, and ensuring data integrity in the Workday recruiting module.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide project support for Workday Compensation / Payroll incentive planning initiatives

  • Configure and maintain compensation plans, payroll earnings/deductions and time tracking rules

  • Manage testing, develop reports, perform data validation and production deployments

  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with HRIS Total Rewards and Payroll/Absence/Time tracking

  • Research and address data integrity issues and/or errors

  • Partner with HRIS team as functional liaison between the Compensation COE, Payroll Operations team, HRIS Compensation, HRIS Payroll/time tracking and IT where applicable and assist with project tasks such as requirements gathering, design validation, end user/system testing, etc.

  • Maintain compliance requirements. Analyze and correct errors and ensure proper quality controls are in place to avoid future errors.
  • Provide complete and current process documentation for all applications, providing or obtaining appropriate end user training as needed. Create and maintain user documentation, including identifying any changes that need to be communicated due to changes in processes.
  • Run, schedule, and/or distribute reports to support assigned functional area (automating wherever possible).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent education/experience/training
  • Specialization in the Workday HCM, Payroll, Time tracking, Absence, Compensation modules required
  • Some broader domain knowledge and/or training in HR processes and functions desirable

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in business process and analytical experience in Workday

  • Experience in a HR Service Delivery model with shared services preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required.

Technical Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of the HCM, Payroll, Time tracking, Absence, Compensation modules, including upstream and downstream processes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills required. Attention to detail a must.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • A sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • An ability to work under significant pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.
  • Able to process complex information and identify solutions that meet both internal and business partner requirements.
  • Demonstrate ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach.
  • Ability to interact with and support all levels of management to support them achieving HR goals/targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to use appropriate judgment in knowing when to involve other resources (e.g., escalation) in decisions or actions.
  • Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment are essential.
  • Demonstrate ability to disseminate knowledge and techniques. Experience providing feedback to help others understand the rationale of desired outcomes and standards.
