The department is responsible for new-car sales activities and digital sales systems supporting Audi retailers in the German market. The area plays a pioneering role in the introduction of new products, pricing approaches, product management activities, and digital sales processes. Working closely with business units, Information Technology teams, brand organizations, and Volkswagen Group stakeholders, the department develops and continuously enhances the digital ecosystem that enables wholesale and retail sales operations. After completing the program, you will work closely to understand the digital needs of our Audi retailers and contribute to the strategic development, integration, and lifecycle management of innovative sales platforms and digital business solutions., * You will complete the first project within your target field Digital Sales Systems and Project Management
- During the program, you will work independently on up to four additional projects in various divisions of the company, one of which will take place at a VW Group brand abroad
- In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g., assembly)
- You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community After completing the program, you will assume your permanent position in your target field *
Requirements
- A university degree from an accredited institution in Digital Business, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Sales Management or a related field
- Above-average academic performance
- Interest in sales strategy and enablement, digital sales platforms, IT project management, business transformation, and customer-facing systems
- Initial experience in steering of sales organizations, digitalization projects, software implementation, process management, or agile project environments is advantageous
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic studies through internships or an exchange semester
- Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
- Fluent English and German language skills at B2 level
- Relevant extra-curricular commitment
