You may be a recent graduate with a software development placement or internship, a junior developer with up to a couple of years’ commercial experience, or a graduate who has gained strong practical experience through university and personal software projects.

You’ll have a genuine interest in software development, good problem-solving skills and some hands-on experience building software. You’ll be keen to learn, comfortable working alongside experienced developers, and excited by the opportunity to develop your skills across different areas of the technology stack.

The opportunity:

You will be an analytical problem solver with strong logical reasoning skills and a curiosity for learning new technologies. With a foundation in software development, computing systems, data science, and machine learning, you’re eager to build impactful software that solves real-world problems.

You’ll work across the tech stack, developing responsive front-end components, scalable back-end services, databases, cloud, and DevOps solutions. You’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and empathetic towards end users, with a focus on creating high-quality experiences.

You’ll also contribute to code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement while working alongside experienced colleagues and developing your skills., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply algorithms to computing problems.
• Practical experience in software development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Sass, ES6, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience applying core programming concepts in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or Scala.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design, and analysis concepts.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of web application technologies
• Knowledge and experience of relational databases, including SQL and database design concepts such as ER diagrams.
