Java Developer/Full Stack

3 5 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent practical experience. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Skills Required: Core Development Experience designing and developing applications using Enterprise Java. Working knowledge of application security, transactional processing, and resilient system design. Hands on experience with the Spring framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Data JPA. Familiarity with build and dependency management tools such as Maven. Messaging, Streaming & Caching Exposure to event driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka. Experience or familiarity with Redis for caching or data access. Understanding of basic caching strategies using Redis or Spring Cache. Data & Persistence Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Aurora PostgreSQL. Familiarity with database migration tools such as Liquibase. Understanding of SQL performance and basic data modeling concepts. Cloud, Containers & DevOps Basic understanding of cloud platforms and deployment models (IaaS, PaaS). Exposure to containerized applications using Docker. Familiarity with Kubernetes or OpenShift concepts. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/test processes. Ways of Working Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, using tools such as Jira. Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills. Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and application domains.
