Director of Enterprise Data

• Lead and evolve the enterprise data strategy to support commercial growth, customer engagement, loyalty initiatives, and long-term business objectives.
• Establish data as a strategic business capability across personalization, loyalty, distribution, analytics, and network intelligence.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact data initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with executive leadership to align data investments with corporate and digital transformation strategies.
• Lead modernization of enterprise data architecture, governance, engineering, and integration capabilities.
• Build scalable cloud-based data platforms supporting real-time analytics, AI, machine learning, and advanced reporting.
• Create and implement enterprise-wide data governance, stewardship, and ownership frameworks.
• Improve data quality, accessibility, lineage, security, and trust across the organization.
• Build and lead a high-performing data organization encompassing data engineering, architecture, governance, analytics, and platform teams.
• Develop scalable data products and decision-support capabilities that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Enable data-driven decision making across commercial, product, marketing, and operational teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, innovation, and data fluency across the enterprise.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Enterprise Data Strategy, Data Modernization, Cloud Data Platforms (Snowflake/ Databricks/AWS/GCP), Data Governance, Data Engineering Leadership, AI & Machine Learning Enablement, Analytics & Business Intelligence, Executive Stakeholder Management, Hospitality/Travel/Loyalty Experience Preferred, Team Leadership, * 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise data, analytics, or data platform organizations.

• Proven success leading large-scale data transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
• Deep expertise with modern cloud data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or GCP ecosystems.
• Strong background in data engineering, enterprise architecture, governance, and analytics platforms.
• Experience operationalizing AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Ability to translate data into scalable products, insights, and measurable business value.
• Experience leading technical teams across data engineering, architecture, platform, governance, and analytics functions.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, loyalty, membership, marketplace, or customer-centric organizations is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and establish scalable operating models.
