Technical Testing Manager

We are seeking a Technical Testing Manager to lead end-to-end testing efforts across complex programs, working closely with business, technology, and QA teams in a matrixed environment., * Manage testing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across multiple projects

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and quality
• Oversee test execution, track progress, and escalate risks as needed
• Lead QA best practices, including automation and continuous improvement
• Support delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments

• 5+ years of Technical Testing Manager (or similar) experience, including matrix leadership
• 5+ years in requirements, scope, and quality/test management
• Hands-on experience with test and automation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, TestComplete)
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and automation
• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall projects
• Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills

This is a Contract position based out of Detroit, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
