Job description

Develop a comprehensive task dataset and robust test harness to evaluate AI model performance.

Execute parallel workstreams focused on manual task creation and rigorous quality assurance

Key Responsibilities

Benchmark Task Development: Author complete tasks including GitHub issues, unit/Android tests, and Pull Request solutions.

Technical Excellence: Adhere strictly to Modern Android Development best practices for all implementations.

Quality Assurance: Validate pipeline-generated tasks to ensure tests are solution-agnostic and behavior-focused.

Reporting: Document detailed review outcomes, identifying and tracking failures or architectural discrepancies.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with experience.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in software development with proficiency in Android (Kotlin/Java).

Must Skills: Familiarity with AI integration, Open Source contributions, and the Jetpack library.

Proficiency Tools: Git, GitHub, Android Studio, Gradle, Docker, and Python . Knowledge on the latest AI models and their way of working
