Job description

Our mission is to provide exceptional and compassionate care to children and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met., We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Analyst to join our team. The Security Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization’s data and information systems. This individual will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential security risks, implementing security measures, and responding to security incidents., * Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our systems and networks

  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential security incidents
  • Implement and maintain security controls, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls, to protect against unauthorized access and malicious activity
  • Conduct regular security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security within the organization
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into new and existing systems
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies to proactively address potential risks
  • Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning and testing
  • Collaborate with external security vendors and partners to enhance our security posture
  • Prepare and present reports to management on the status of our security program and any identified risks or incidents

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vuls?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field

  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, such as HIPAA, NIST, and ISO
  • Experience with security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners
  • Knowledge of network and system security protocols and standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
