Job description
The ERP Solutions Analyst (UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling) specializes in the configuration, development, and support of cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions with a focus on Oracle and/or UKG Cloud infrastructure and applications. Implements integrations, custom extensions, and analytics solutions that enhance business efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives. Applies ERP SDLC practices and cloud-native technologies to develop and maintain scalable ERP components that address evolving business requirements. Collaborates with business collaborators and IT teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions while adhering to enterprise architecture standards. Conducts monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance improvement activities across the ERP ecosystem. Implements automation and solutions to streamline processes and optimize technology investments.
- Develop and implements ERP configurations including debugging and isolating configuration issues, supporting incident management, problem resolution, break-fix, and improvement implementation for Oracle and/or UKG Cloud applications.
- Collaborates with business SMEs, aPaaS Coding & SaaS Configuration teams, and ERP Functional Groups to develop integrations, reports/analytics, fast-formula implementations, personalizations, and OCI extensions that meet business requirements.
- Configures and maintains ERP programming objects including integrations, fast-formula, personalizations, PaaS extensions, and reports/analytics for SaaS and data warehouses, ensuring alignment with system architecture design and security protocols.
- Implements components within Oracle and/or UKG Cloud Infrastructure, including Integration Cloud, Object Storage, and Autonomous Data Warehouse for error handling, logging, external reporting, and integration with external systems.
- Performs monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning of existing integrations and reports/analytics to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
- Handles scheduled integration and report execution, troubleshooting associated issues while completing ad-hoc integrations and reports based on business events or triggers.
- Provides technical support to end-users by analyzing issues and implementing effective resolutions for integration, reporting, and fast-formula challenges that may impact ERP functionality.
- Collaborates with ERP application vendors and third-party system providers to address technical issues related to integration, reports/analytics, and OCI extensions.
- Follows established technical change management procedures for program development, modifications, and customizations across ERP applications using the Enterprise Service Center.
- Works on small to large projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and knowledge of specific business areas while mentoring junior technical staff.
- Maintains current knowledge of emerging ERP technologies and standard methodologies to suggest improvements to system performance and business processes.
- Meets periodically with core users and business owners to identify issues, document requirements, and capture improvement requests.
- Prepares specifications, work plans, and documentation for technical change management, upgrades, and migration of ERP applications to support business continuity.
- Supports reporting and analytics tailored to academic medical center operations, including financials, human resources, payroll, and supply chain management.
Requirements
Three (3) plus years of experience with implementing and supporting ERP application upgrades, enhancements, and migrations for Cloud and On-Premise ERP applications
Project management experience required. Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and system analysis
UKG Cloud Experience:
Full functional knowledge of UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling modules their setup/configuration, customization, reporting and integration with ERP Finance and HCM systems
Experience with Implementation of UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling modules - Conversion, analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
Experience with post go-live support and maintenance of UKG timekeeping and Scheduling applications in ERP Eco-System
Educational/Certification Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or technical field. (preferred)
Oracle Cloud and/or UKG certification(s) preferred.

Our range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including knowledge/skills: relevant experience and training, education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors.
