Job description

As a Product Support Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in providing technical support for our sensing products and solutions, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales and Customer Service to resolve product issues and drive continuous improvement., You will report directly to our Tech Support Manager and you’ll work out of our Richardson, TX or Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product support or engineering roles, in industries like Healthcare, Transportation or Aerospace & Defense
  • Strong knowledge of sensing technologies and product lifecycle supportExperience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions for complex products

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Knowledge of Aerospace & Defense industry standards and practices
  • Proficiency in product data management and support tools such as Salesforce, InContact and/or Teamcenter
  • Strong project management, problem-solving and data analysis skills with a continuous improvement mindsetExperience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
