Requirements

Seeking a hands-on Scrum Lead / Scrum Master with 10-15 years of Agile experience to lead Data Platform & Analytics teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment., * Scrum & Kanban

  • SAFe / Big Room Planning exposure
  • Jira and Agile tool integration
  • AI tools experience (Copilot, Claude or similar)
  • Flow metrics, story points, throughput
  • Change management & stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Technical background preferred (Developer to Scrum transition)
  • Data Engineering / Analytics domain experience preferred
  • Tableau or reporting tools exposure is a plus
