Requirements
Seeking a hands-on Scrum Lead / Scrum Master with 10-15 years of Agile experience to lead Data Platform & Analytics teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment., * Scrum & Kanban
- SAFe / Big Room Planning exposure
- Jira and Agile tool integration
- AI tools experience (Copilot, Claude or similar)
- Flow metrics, story points, throughput
- Change management & stakeholder management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Technical background preferred (Developer to Scrum transition)
- Data Engineering / Analytics domain experience preferred
- Tableau or reporting tools exposure is a plus
