Job description
- Engage in discussions with stakeholders to capture and gather compensation-related requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to map, refine, and translate business logic into scalable technical workflows.
- Analyze target data structures and underlying systems.
- Design data processing pipelines using the defined technology stack.
- Develop data ingestion, processing, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) jobs.
- Implement validations, data cleaning steps, and quality checkpoints.
- Deploy and thoroughly test ETL jobs within the development and staging environments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive mindset to effectively probe and gather requirements., * Snowflake.
- Matillion.
- AWS Services (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).
