Job description

  • Engage in discussions with stakeholders to capture and gather compensation-related requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to map, refine, and translate business logic into scalable technical workflows.
  • Analyze target data structures and underlying systems.
  • Design data processing pipelines using the defined technology stack.
  • Develop data ingestion, processing, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) jobs.
  • Implement validations, data cleaning steps, and quality checkpoints.
  • Deploy and thoroughly test ETL jobs within the development and staging environments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset to effectively probe and gather requirements., * Snowflake.
  • Matillion.
  • AWS Services (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).
  • GitHub.
