SAP Asset Management Consultant (EAM / PM)

• Collaborate with clients to understand their asset management needs and develop tailored strategies aligned with their business goals.
• Facilitate change management initiatives by guiding stakeholders through process changes and technology adoption.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices within asset management workflows.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP system customization, integration with existing enterprise systems, and data migration activities.
• Support post-implementation optimization efforts by analyzing system performance and recommending enhancements for continuous improvement.

Do you have experience in SAP Plant Maintenance?, * Proven experience as an SAP Asset Management Consultant or in a similar role with hands-on involvement in EAM/PM modules.

• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle processes, maintenance strategies, and plant operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management, strategic planning, and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analysis skills combined with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights.
• Background in management consulting or business consulting with a focus on enterprise systems transformation.
• Skilled in project management principles with experience leading cross-functional teams through complex implementations.
• Strong research capabilities to stay current on SAP innovations and industry best practices related to asset management.
