We don’t want a gatekeeper. We want a Platform Architect . Build an ecosystem where developers can ship code to production without friction, without fear, and without waiting for a ticket. Turn the infrastructure into a product. Make the platform invisible, scalable, and bulletproof.

Your Mission

• Architect the Developer Experience: Design and automate platforms that empower our teams to move fast and ship with absolute confidence. Eliminate bottlenecks. Kill the friction.
• Weaponise CI/CD: Integrate modern tooling into our pipelines. Ensure functional safety and reliability are baked into the process, not added as an afterthought.
• Dominate the Cloud: Take full ownership of our GKE/Kubernetes infrastructure on Google Cloud. Shape it, evolve it, and push it to its limits.
• Harden the Perimeter: Execute proactive security engineering. Hunt for vulnerabilities before the pen-testers do. Build a fortress, not a fence.
• Scale the Future: Continuously evolve the platform. Make development faster, safer, and infinitely more scalable., * High standards, low ego: We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Direct feedback, honest collaboration, no drama.
• Stay sharp: Hackathons, conferences, community - we invest in your growth and keep you at the cutting edge.

• Bring 5+ Years of Combat Experience: Prove your track record in DevOps engineering. Be a builder, not an observer.
• Command the GCP Ecosystem: Master Google Cloud Platform. Work confidently with Kubernetes and Linux. Treat the cloud as your playground.
• Code Your Infrastructure: Use Infrastructure as Code, Docker/CRI-O, and Shell Scripting as your primary weapons. If you have to do it twice, automate it.
• Own the Stack End-to-End: Kill the ticket ping-pong. Stop the handovers. Take full responsibility from the first line of Terraform to the final production pod. No excuses.

Bonus XP

• Leverage Graylog, Grafana, Prometheus, Python, or Jenkins to gain total observability.
• Deploy with Ansible, Terraform, or AWS.
