Job description

Seneca Resources is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join an enterprise CRM platform team. This role will focus on designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting business-critical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Power Platform., * Design, develop, configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) applications.

  • Develop enterprise solutions using Power Apps, including Model-Driven and Canvas Apps.
  • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows, Power Platform solutions, plugins, custom workflows, integrations, and APIs.
  • Develop custom solutions using .NET/C#, JavaScript, Power Fx, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Web API.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with enterprise applications using Azure services, APIs, connectors, and integration technologies.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Follow enterprise Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, business analysts, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing enterprise CRM solutions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, .NET, JavaScript, Power Fx, APIs, and Azure integrations, along with the ability to work effectively in an Agile enterprise environment., * 8+ years of professional software development experience, with significant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / CRM.
  • Strong experience developing with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 Web API.
  • Strong development experience with .NET/C# and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Power Fx and Power Platform customization.
  • Experience building custom plugins, workflows, integrations, APIs, and connectors.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365/Power Platform with enterprise systems using Azure services and APIs.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, and ALM practices.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders., * Experience with Microsoft Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
  • Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise CRM implementations.
  • Experience with enterprise integration architecture and cloud-based CRM solutions.
