Job description

  • Hypothesis Testing, T-Test, Z-Test, Regression (Linear, Logistic), Python/PySpark, SAS/SPSS, Statistical analysis and computing, Probabilistic Graph Models, Great Expectation, Evidently AI, Forecasting (Exponential Smoothing, ARIMA, ARIMAX), Tools(KubeFlow, BentoML), Classification (Decision Trees, SVM), ML Frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Sci-Kit Learn, CNTK, Keras, MXNet), Distance (Hamming Distance, Euclidean Distance, Manhattan Distance), R/ R Studio, * Analytical data professional with a strong mix of data analytics and data science support skills. Experienced in assisting senior data scientists with modeling, backtesting, forecast performance monitoring, and deep data analysis. Strong ability to investigate data at a detailed level, identify variances, trends, and anomalies, and translate findings into actionable insights for forecasting and supply chain decisions., * Perform deep data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, variances, and forecasting improvement opportunities.
  • Support senior data scientists with model inputs, backtesting, validation, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and overall health of forecasting solutions.
  • Analyze data quality issues and understand business drivers.
  • Build analytical datasets and reports to support forecasting and supply chain planning.
  • Develop dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with business teams and data scientists to improve decision-making.
  • Automate recurring analysis using SQL and Python.
  • Ensure strong data governance and reliable data availability.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Data-driven problem-solving?, * 5+ years of experience in data analytics, forecasting analytics, or data science support roles.

  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Excel, and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience supporting forecasting models and backtesting processes.
  • Understanding of statistics, trends, seasonality, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar analytics platforms preferred.
  • Azure experience is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a major plus.
  • Supply chain experience preferred.
