Infrastructure Engineer

Day to Day: We are seeking a well-rounded Infrastructure Engineer who can support and troubleshoot the full infrastructure stack, including servers, storage, networking, middleware, databases, firewalls, and load balancers. This person should be able to look across the environment holistically, identify dependencies between systems, and help ensure performance, security, and reliability across the enterprise. Compensation is $73.90 / hour.

• Own and support core infrastructure environments including servers, storage, and networking.
• Take a holistic view of the environment, understanding how all infrastructure components interact and impact one another.
• Manage and troubleshoot middleware platforms (application servers, integrations, messaging tools, etc.).
• Support and optimize database infrastructure.
• Maintain and strengthen network security through firewalls and access controls.
• Configure and manage load balancing to ensure application availability, performance, and scalability. Serve as a technical resource for end-to-end infrastructure design, troubleshooting, and modernization efforts.

Must Have:

• Worked on an APSE / CTI team - will need their managers name
• Enterprise infrastructure experience (servers, storage, networking)
• Middleware administration/support
• Database infrastructure knowledge
• Firewall management and troubleshooting
• Load balancing experience (F5, Netscaler, etc.)
• Ability to support and troubleshoot across the full infrastructure stack Strong understanding of infrastructure dependencies and system integrations
