Lead Solutions Architect (AWS)

This role requires a strong technical leader with deep expertise in Python engineering, system architecture, API design, and cloud-native application development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performance, secure, and maintainable platforms while driving technical strategy and mentoring engineering teams. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering leadership to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with long-term platform objectives.

• Extensive experience in Python development and enterprise software engineering.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or software architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in: Python Distributed Systems Microservices Architecture RESTful APIs Backend Engineering System Design
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable application development.
• Strong experience designing high-performance, secure, and resilient enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and drive technical excellence.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile and fast-paced engineering environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
