Job description

We are looking for a Shopify Front-End Administrator to manage, optimize, and maintain the front-end experience across our Shopify storefronts. This role sits at the intersection of eCommerce operations, web production, merchandising, analytics, and development. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working inside Shopify themes and admin tools, and able to turn business requests into clean, accurate, conversion-focused site updates., * Shopify site administration: Manage day-to-day updates across Shopify storefronts, including product pages, collections, navigation, landing pages, promotions, banners, and content blocks.

  • Theme and front-end updates: Make front-end updates using Shopify theme settings, Liquid, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript where needed.
  • Merchandising support: Ensure products, collections, pricing, promotions, subscriptions, and bundles are displayed accurately and consistently.
  • Content publishing: Build and update landing pages, campaign pages, blog content, educational pages, and promotional assets based on approved briefs.
  • Quality assurance: Test site updates across desktop, mobile, browsers, customer types, discounts, and user flows before publishing.
  • App and integration support: Help manage front-end behavior for Shopify apps, including subscriptions, reviews, loyalty, search, product recommendations, analytics, and promotional tools.
  • Analytics and tracking coordination: Partner with marketing and analytics teams to ensure campaign links, pixels, tags, GA4 events, and promotional tracking are implemented correctly.
  • Cross-functional execution: Work with marketing, creative, eCommerce, operations, customer service, and development teams to launch site updates on time and with high accuracy.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for recurring Shopify processes, publishing workflows, QA checklists, and site-update standards.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, * 2+ years of experience managing or supporting Shopify or Shopify Plus storefronts.

  • Working knowledge of Shopify admin, themes, products, collections, discounts, metafields, and page templates.
  • Basic front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to QA customer-facing web experiences.
  • Experience supporting eCommerce promotions, product launches, landing pages, and campaign execution.
  • Comfortable working with project management tools and structured intake workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot front-end issues and clearly communicate technical findings to non-technical teams.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify Plus.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Recharge or subscription tools, reviews platforms, loyalty tools, and Shopify apps.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, structured content, schema, and page performance.
  • Experience working in DTC, health and wellness, supplements, CPG, or regulated industries.
  • Basic understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with GitHub or version-controlled theme workflows is a plus., The ideal candidate is equal parts Shopify operator, front-end problem solver, and detail-driven web producer. They are comfortable making hands-on updates, testing carefully, documenting repeatable processes, and helping teams move faster without sacrificing accuracy. They should enjoy working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment where product launches, promotions, and site improvements are happening continuously.
