  • Engage closely with cross-functional site departments (QC, Logistics, Engineering) and corporate IT teams to ensure the design and ramp-up of smart-factory, automated systems.
  • Oversee and control large-scale project variables, including budget tracking, resource allocation, strict milestones, risk mitigation, and continuous delivery alignment through December 2028.
  • Ensure absolute compliance across all deliverables in accordance with defined Lonza IT Security, Quality Assurance policies, and rigorous Pharma regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate high-impact communication across multicultural internal and external stakeholders, including leading project steering committee meetings and brief senior leadership.
  • Proactively manage project risks, navigate unforeseen deployment delays under pressure, realign schedules, and resolve conflicts across technical boundaries.
  • Foster professional growth and technical execution on-site by standardizing project documentation, managing vendor resources, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.
