Senior Engineer - MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

As a Senior Engineer in Support & Operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing software solutions using SCCM. Your expertise will ensure high-quality, efficient support to clients while actively contributing to development and operational excellence. This position is key to ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Sccm Features By Troubleshooting Bugs And Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests, Ensuring Alignment With Business And Client Requirements.
2. Provide Client Support By Analyzing Data, Resolving Tickets, And Monitoring Client Needs To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Tasks While Adhering To Defined Quality Standards.
3. Create And Enhance Documentation For Cmmi And Client Requirements, Streamlining Processes And Ensuring Compliance With Operational Guidelines.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers In Sccm Practices To Enhance Team Capabilities And Deliverables.

1. Strong Understanding Of Sccm For Application Deployment And Management.
2. Familiarity With Troubleshooting And Resolving Issues In A Support Environment.
3. Good Knowledge Of Documentation Standards (Cmmi) And Client Requirement Specifications.
